Cape Cod Bed & Breakfast

We purchased our building in the spring of 2009 and it needed a lot of attention . We found cracked plaster, sagging floors and windows that came out in our hands when we attempted to open them. The west side of the house, was perilously sagging.  Thanks to the efforts of the beam repair men, who tunneled under the structure, jacked it up over eight inches, removed and replaced old beams, floor joists and sills, our Cape Cod bed and breakfast is as level as a 167 year old home can be!  Our basement dried out after the addition of a complete set of gutters!,  A new coat of paint was applied and we replaced the exterior shutters and front door.  Our Cape Cod bed and breakfast  truly shines now as one of the finest examples of Greek Revival architecture on Old Kings Highway!  We are proud to be the caretakers of this home and hope our efforts to bring it back to its original splendor enables all of our guests to enjoy it more!
