Policies
Reservations
For reservations of two days or less a guarantee of 100% of the total is required. For three days or more a guarantee of one half the amount is required on all reservations.
The balance is due upon your arrival. Reservations may be guaranteed with credit card or personal check. Checks must be received within seven days of reserving to maintain the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
A fourteen day notice of cancellation is required for a refund of deposit, less a $30.00 processing fee. No refund will be issued if you cancel less than fourteen days prior to arrival. In addition, you will be held responsible for the entire amount of your confirmed stay if you cancel all or any part of your reservation with less than fourteen days notice. If we are able to re-book due to last minute cancellations or early departures, your monies will be refunded, less the $30.00 processing fee.
Check-in/Check-out
Check in time is 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Please call if you need a later check in.
Check out time is by 11:00 AM
Please call the innkeeper for assistance with late arrival; self check in instructions will be provided.
Free parking is provided for one vehicle per room.
Miscellaneous
The Blushing Oyster B&B welcomes children ages 14 and older.
We are unable to accommodate pets, but are happy to assist with kennel referrals
Alice our Bassett Hound lives happily in our private owner’s quarters. She is extremely friendly and you may see her outside on the owner’s part of the grounds. She is available to meet but only by your request!
Non Smoking Policy:
We are a non-smoking inn and we reserve the right to charge any guest smoking in the inn a fee of $250 for special cleaning. Smoking is not permitted in the inn or on the grounds. |
